Razumevanje kompozitov<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tehnologija Anisoprint je namenjena proizvodnji lahkih, trdnih in mo\u010dnih kompozitnih delov. Strukturni materiali<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konstrukcijski materiali zagotavljajo zadostno togost in trdnost. Uporaba kompozitnih materialov<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oja\u010dani kompoziti imajo visoko togost in trdnost v smeri vlaken ter so lahki. Strojna obdelava kompozitov<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010ce morate sestaviti kompozite ali narediti loputo v kompozitnem strukturnem elementu, se boste sre\u010dali z dejstvom, da morate kompozitne materiale vrtati, rezkati ali rezati. Vrtanje, rezkanje in rezanje znatno zmanj\u0161ajo trdnost oja\u010danega kompozita v bli\u017eini obdelanega roba. Mo\u010d se lahko ve\u010dkrat zmanj\u0161a! Re\u0161etkaste konstrukcije &#8211; prednosti in omejitve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161i na\u010din za izkori\u0161\u010danje potenciala oja\u010ditve z vlakni so re\u0161etkaste anizogridne strukture. Posebnost konstrukcij zagotavlja u\u010dinkovito porazdelitev obremenitev vzdol\u017e vlaken, ker glavne delujo\u010de obremenitve potekajo vzdol\u017e reber mre\u017ee, to je v smeri vlaken. Konstrukcije z nepravilno gostoto mre\u017ee in ne-geodetsko oja\u010ditvijo bi lahko zagotovile u\u010dinkovitej\u0161o porazdelitev delujo\u010dih obremenitev in posledi\u010dno zmanj\u0161anje te\u017ee. S 3D-tiskom lahko nadzirate anizotropijo in izkoristite potencial oja\u010ditve vlaken z najve\u010djo u\u010dinkovitostjo. Mimogrede, zato se imenujemo Anisoprint (anizotropno tiskanje ali tiskanje z nadzorom anizotropije). Vlaken vam ni treba rezati. V kompozitnem delu lahko naredite katero koli luknjo brez vrtanja in z oja\u010ditvijo.
